What to expect from a concert at Toyota Pavilion at Concord
Attending an event at Toyota Pavilion at Concord is a one-of-a-kind experience.
Here’s what to expect from a typical event:
Finding the venue
Toyota Pavilion at Concord is in the East Bay region of Northern California. The convenient location makes the venue popular with attendees from San Francisco, Oakland, and surrounding areas.
Public transport: Toyota Pavilion at Concord is well-serviced by the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. Ride a BART subway train to Concord Station on the Yellow Line, then take a FREE shuttle to the pavilion.
Shuttles usually start two hours before the scheduled event start time and continue running up to showtime. Return shuttles begin the return trip to Concord Station within 20 minutes after the concert ends. The last shuttle leaves about 30 minutes after the event.
Driving: Parking is available at Toyota Pavilion at Concord (and included with General Admission tickets) but expect high volumes of traffic. The venue recommends carpooling or taking public transport.
Walking: Walking isn’t generally a great way to access the Toyota Pavilion at Concord. The closest hub is Downtown Clayton – a 45-minute walk from the venue.
Entering the venue
There are five entrance gates to the Toyota Pavilion at Concord. Main Gate, West Gate, and ADA Gates are available for all ticket types. You’ll need a Fast Lane pass to use the Fast Lane Gate. There’s also a separate VIP Gate.
The below tips will help make your entry to Toyota Pavilion at Concord as smooth as possible:
Mobile ticketing – Speed up the process and use the Live Nation app to download your tickets to your phone.
Security – Expect the usual security protocols, including metal detectors, bag checks, and pat downs.
Re-entry – Exiting and re-entering the venue isn’t allowed so make sure you bring everything you need with you. If you do leave, you won’t be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Making purchases
Toyota Pavilion at Concord is a cash-free venue. This means vendors, including food, beverage, merch, and the Box Office, accept contactless payments only.
If you don’t have a debit or credit card available on the day, head to Guest Services (it’s just inside the main gate in the East Plaza) to use the free cash-for-card exchange service.
